The straps on top stay put even when I sleep on my side, which surprised me. The fabric is soft enough that I forget I’m wearing it after a few minutes, and the neck tab is easy to adjust one-handed in the morning.
After a week of wearing it for an hour each evening, the compression around my ears and jaw line feels genuinely snug without making me claustrophobic. The Velcro at the top of the head stays put even when I move around, and the fabric is so light I forget it's on.
The dual Velcro straps let me dial in the exact tension I need, so the compression on my chin and neck feels firm yet breathable. I can move around the house in it for an hour without any discomfort, and it sits flat under my normal clothes.
